GroupTestHub — Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GroupTestHub platform, including grouptesthub.com (and www.), portal.grouptesthub.com, any preview/published Lovable URLs, and any off-platform community channels we operate and reference (Discord, Telegram, subreddit) (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, clicking “Verify Email,” “I Agree,” or continuing to use the Platform after changes are posted, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies (including our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines).

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Create The World, LLC dba Group Test Hub (“GroupTestHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Illinois, United States.

2. Identity & Scope of the Platform

2.1 Legal Entity

The Platform is operated by Create The World, LLC dba Group Test Hub, a limited liability company registered in the State of Illinois, United States. Our principal place of business is located in Elgin, Illinois.

2.2 Properties Covered

These Terms apply to:

grouptesthub.com and www.grouptesthub.com
portal.grouptesthub.com and any future portal subdomains
Any preview or published Lovable URLs
Our official Discord server, Telegram group, subreddit, and any other community channels we operate and reference on the Platform

3. Nature of the Service — Critical Liability Provisions

3.1 Platform is a Coordination and Crowdfunding Tool Only

GroupTestHub provides a software platform that enables researchers to coordinate, crowdfund, and manage group analytical testing of research compounds. We are a coordination and facilitation service only. We do not manufacture, sell, distribute, ship, or take possession of any compounds. You are solely responsible for obtaining, possessing, labeling, packaging, and shipping your own compounds.

3.2 Research Use Only (RUO) — Strict Limitation

ALL SERVICES AND RESULTS ARE STRICTLY FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO). You expressly agree that you will not use any compounds, results, or information for human or animal consumption, medical treatment, diagnostic, or therapeutic purposes. Violations result in immediate account termination and possible reporting to authorities.

3.3 Independent Third-Party Laboratories

GroupTestHub is not a laboratory. All testing is performed by independent, third-party accredited laboratories (including, but not limited to, Janoshik, ChemYo, Labmax, Swiss Scientific, and future partners). We do not verify compounds, interpret results, or guarantee laboratory performance. All results are provided “as-is” directly from the laboratory.

3.4 No Compound Verification or Custody

GroupTestHub never takes custody, possession, or control of any compounds. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or discrepancy related to compounds or shipments.

4. Eligibility, Accounts & User Identity

4.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age.

4.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. You assume all risk of non-compliance.

4.3 Account Security

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain password security, verify your email, maintain only one account per person, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4.4 Alias-Only / Pseudonymous Identity

The Platform operates on an alias-only basis. We do not collect or display your real legal name. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate alias.

4.5 Profile Pictures

You may upload a profile picture. We may remove any content we determine is illegal or offensive.

4.6 Account Termination & Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. All store credit, deposits, and pending participations are forfeited upon deletion. We may terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.

5. User Roles & Responsibilities

GroupTestHub is not liable for the actions, omissions, or misconduct of any user in any role.

Creator (Irrevocable): Initiates the group and sets initial parameters.
Manager: Has administrative powers; responsible for group decisions and approving uploads.
Donor: Supplies and ships the compound; affirms legal possession and compliance with all laws.
Shipper: Consolidates and ships the package; responsible for shipping compliance and any lost/damaged shipments.
Financial Contributor: Pays their share and accepts dynamic pricing and binding poll decisions.
Late Contributor: Pays after results are released. Late payments are converted to store credit redistributed to original contributors. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, expires after 12 months of inactivity, and is forfeited upon account termination.

6. Group Test Mechanics & Privacy

6.1 Privacy Modes

Public: Visible to all registered users. Results can be made public (irreversible).
Private: Visible only to invited participants. Results private by default.
Community: Visible to linked community members. Results are always public.

6.2 Creation Modes

Fixed Mode: Pay upfront before testing begins.
Open Mode: Poll first. $5.00 USD non-refundable deposit required to join. Deposit applied to final contribution.

6.3 Dynamic Pricing & Binding Polls

Final per-person cost is dynamic. Poll decisions are binding. No refunds based on poll outcomes.

6.4 User-Supplied Channels

Telegram/Discord/WhatsApp links are user-supplied and not moderated by GroupTestHub.

6.5 Third-Party COAs

Users uploading COAs or results warrant they have the legal right to share them. We do not verify authenticity.

7. Payments, Refunds, Store Credit & Shipping

7.1 Payment Processing

All payments processed via Stripe, Inc. We are currently in test mode. We will notify users when we go live.

7.2 No Refund Policy

All deposits and contributions are non-refundable once a group is funded or testing begins. Limited exceptions at our sole discretion (group cancelled before funding, lab failure, donor fails to ship).

7.3 Shipping

Shipping costs included in group total. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or seized shipments.

7.4 Taxes & Currency

Prices in USD. You are responsible for all taxes in your jurisdiction.

7.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may result in account termination.

8. Lab Results & Documents

Results uploaded by GroupTestHub administrators after lab release. Visibility follows group privacy mode. Making results public is irreversible. By uploading documents you warrant you have the right to share them.

9. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited: illegal distribution or human consumption of substances, misrepresentation of compounds, uploading falsified COAs, harassment/doxxing, scraping, circumventing rules, impersonation. Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all funds/credit.

10. Disclaimers, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

10.2 No Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice

We do not provide medical, health, legal, or regulatory advice.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Create The World, LLC dba Group Test Hub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partner laboratories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months.

10.4 Force Majeure

Not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Create The World, LLC dba Group Test Hub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partner laboratories, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, your compounds/shipments/testing, your violation of these Terms or law, or disputes with other users or laboratories.

11. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content (except user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to Create The World, LLC dba Group Test Hub. By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Platform. DMCA notices: support@grouptesthub.com.

12. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Miscellaneous

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

12.2 Venue

Exclusive jurisdiction in state or federal courts located in Kane County, Illinois.

12.3 Informal Resolution

Attempt informal resolution first by contacting support@grouptesthub.com (30-day period).

12.4 Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Binding arbitration in Kane County, Illinois. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

12.5 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12.6 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms + Privacy Policy + referenced policies = entire agreement.

12.7 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement.
