Create The World, LLC dba Group Test Hub
Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 19, 2026
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email, in-app banner, or other reasonable means. For material changes, we may require you to re-accept the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Refusal to re-accept may result in suspension or termination of your account and loss of access to in-flight groups, funds, or store credit. We record your IP address at the time of acceptance for record-keeping and fraud prevention purposes.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Group Test Hub platform, including the website at grouptesthub.com (and subdomains), the web application, associated mobile experiences, Discord server, Telegram group, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Platform").
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein or posted on the Platform.
We may require re-acceptance of these Terms upon material updates. Your IP address is recorded at acceptance. Refusal to re-accept results in loss of Platform access. In-flight groups, deposits, contributions, and store credit may be affected as described in these Terms.
2. Platform Identity & Scope
Create The World, LLC dba Group Test Hub is an Illinois limited liability company with its principal place of business in Elgin, Illinois.
The Platform provides coordination tools for researchers to form groups for analytical testing of research compounds. GTH is a coordination and software platform only. We are not a laboratory, not a party to compound transactions, and (except as expressly stated) not a payment processor or escrow agent for member-to-member payments.
3. Nature of Service — Coordination Only / RUO / No Custody
3.1 Coordination Platform Only
GTH provides software tools for group formation, polling, payment coordination (in Managed groups), result distribution, and community features. GTH does not:
- Manufacture, sell, distribute, or take possession of any compounds.
- Act as a broker or intermediary for compound purchases.
- Provide medical, dosing, or therapeutic advice.
- Guarantee the accuracy, purity, safety, or legality of any compound or test result.
3.2 Research Use Only (RUO)
All activity on the Platform is strictly for Research Use Only. You represent and warrant that:
- You will not use any compound, result, or information for human consumption, animal consumption, medical treatment, diagnostic purposes, or any non-research purpose.
- You are using the Platform solely for legitimate scientific research.
- You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession, shipping, and testing of research compounds in your jurisdiction.
3.3 No Custody of Compounds
GTH never takes custody, possession, or control of any compounds. Shipping, labeling, packaging, and compliance with carrier and legal requirements are solely the responsibility of the shipper and compound owner. GTH disclaims all liability for lost, damaged, seized, contaminated, or illegal shipments.
3.4 No Pre-Screening of Compounds
GTH does not pre-screen, approve, or verify any compound posted in a group. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove any group, compound, or content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
4. Managed Groups vs. Independent Groups — Critical Distinction
The Platform supports two distinct group types. You must understand the differences.
4.1 Managed Groups
- GTH processes payments via Stripe (or other designated processors).
- GTH coordinates with laboratories, facilitates result uploads, and provides centralized tools.
- GTH acts as a limited intermediary for payments and coordination.
- Standard refund, cancellation, and late-join rules apply (see Sections 11–13).
- Subject to GTH's standard support and dispute processes.
4.2 Independent Groups (Off-Platform Payments)
For Independent Groups:
- GTH does not collect, hold, escrow, or transmit payments between members (except the non-refundable $5 Creator Launch Deposit and late-join store credit redistribution described below).
- Managers post off-platform payment instructions (Zelle, Venmo, crypto, cash, etc.) and manually mark members as "paid."
- GTH has no visibility into whether payments were actually made or received.
- GTH does not contact laboratories, upload results, verify testing, or resolve payment disputes for Independent Groups.
- Zero refunds, ever, under any circumstance for Independent Groups. Members explicitly acknowledge and accept this risk.
- The Independent Group disclaimer banner and these Terms constitute notice. Clicking "Join," "Launch," or participating constitutes acceptance of off-platform payment risk.
- Manager misconduct, non-payment, theft, or disappearance is solely between the Manager and group members. GTH expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility.
- Join requests for Independent Groups are approved or denied by the Manager(s), not by GTH.
- All other rules (RUO, acceptable use, disclaimers, arbitration, etc.) still apply.
By creating or joining an Independent Group, you acknowledge that GTH's role is limited to software tooling and that you are assuming significant counterparty risk with other users.
5. Eligibility, Accounts, Aliases, Termination & Re-Acceptance
5.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform or the compounds discussed would be illegal.
5.2 Accounts
You may create only one account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5.3 Aliases
The Platform uses aliases (usernames). Your alias is publicly visible in groups and communities. You are responsible for choosing an alias that does not impersonate others, violate trademarks, or contain offensive content. GTH may require you to change an alias.
5.4 Termination & Suspension
GTH may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or at our discretion. Upon termination:
- You lose access to the Platform.
- Store credit, deposits, and in-flight group rights may be forfeited as described herein.
- GTH may retain records as required by law.
5.5 Account Deletion by You
You may delete your account via account settings. Upon deletion:
- All store credit, deposits, and pending group rights are forfeited.
- You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations.
- GTH retains records as required by law (typically 7+ years for financial data).
5.6 Re-Acceptance on Version Bump
When we release a material update to these Terms, we may require you to re-accept them before continuing to use the Platform. Your IP address is recorded at acceptance. Refusal to re-accept results in immediate loss of access. In-flight groups, payments, and store credit will be handled according to the version in effect at the time of the relevant action or at GTH's discretion.
6. Group Roles (Global + Per-Group)
The Platform has two role systems that operate simultaneously.
6.1 Global Roles (apply across the entire Platform)
- User: Standard account holder.
- Moderator: Can moderate community content, handle reports, and enforce Acceptable Use.
- Admin: Full platform administration rights (force actions, refunds, suspensions, etc.). Admin decisions are final.
6.2 Per-Group Roles (specific to each group)
- Creator: The person who launches the group. Irrevocable in most cases. Creates the initial poll or parameters.
- Manager: Group administrator. Can close polls, finalize groups, approve/reject join requests and uploads, mark payments (in Independent groups), and manage group settings. Managers have significant control and responsibility.
- Donor (Container Donor): Provides vials/containers/samples. Receives a credit equal to the self-assigned dollar value of the containers (see Section 9).
- Shipper: Handles physical shipping to the lab. Liable for lost/damaged/seized shipments.
- Financial Contributor: Pays cash toward the group (via Stripe in Managed groups or off-platform in Independent groups).
- Late Contributor: Joins after the group has reached "funded" status. Pays the full canonical share; that payment is redistributed as store credit to original members.
A single user may hold multiple per-group roles in the same group.
7. Group Mechanics: Public vs. Private, Private → Public Conversion
7.1 Public vs. Private Groups
- Public: Discoverable in the group directory. Anyone can request to join (subject to Manager approval in Independent groups).
- Private: Visible only to invited members or those with a direct link. More controlled.
7.2 Private → Public Conversion (Irreversible)
A Manager may convert a Private group to Public. Once converted to Public, the group cannot be made Private again. This action is permanent. All members acknowledge this irreversibility when the conversion occurs.
8. Polls & Binding Decisions
Polls are used to decide key parameters: laboratory, test specifications, number of samples, target participant count, etc.
- Managers have the authority to close polls and Finalize the group.
- Once finalized, the funding goal and per-share price are calculated and locked.
- You may not withdraw from a group or demand a refund solely because you dislike the outcome of a poll you participated in.
- You may change your vote at any time until the poll is closed by a Manager.
- Finalization by a Manager constitutes acceptance of the poll results by all current participants.
9. Payments — Managed Groups (Stripe, Deposits, Dynamic Pricing, Container Credits, Shipping Splits)
9.1 Stripe Processing
Payments in Managed Groups are processed through Stripe or other designated payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the processor's terms.
9.2 $5 Creator Launch Deposit (All Group Types)
When a Creator launches a group, a non-refundable $5 service fee is charged. This fee is not a contribution toward the group cost and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including group cancellation, testing failure, or Independent group status.
9.3 Dynamic Pricing & Funding Goal
The funding goal and per-participant share are calculated dynamically based on the number of participants, poll results, and added costs (shipping, etc.). The share price may change as members join or parameters are updated (before finalization).
9.4 Container Donor Credit
A Donor may self-assign a dollar value to the vials/containers they provide. Upon Manager approval, the Donor receives a credit equal to that self-assigned value against their cash due. GTH does not appraise or verify the value. Tax implications of in-kind/barter contributions are solely the Donor's responsibility.
9.5 Shipping Line Items
Shipping costs may be added by the Donor, Shipper, or Manager and are split across the group. The cost entered is user-provided; GTH does not verify accuracy. Liability for lost, damaged, or seized shipments remains with the shipper (see also Section 15).
9.6 Payment Timing
Payment is due upon joining or group finalization.
10. Payments — Independent Groups (Off-Platform, $5 Launch Deposit, Late-Join Redistribution Only)
10.1 Off-Platform Payments
Managers post payment instructions (Zelle, Venmo, crypto, etc.). Members pay the Manager directly. GTH has no visibility and does not facilitate, escrow, or guarantee these payments.
10.2 $5 Creator Launch Deposit
Non-refundable service fee (see 9.2). Applies to Independent Groups.
10.3 Late-Join Store Credit Redistribution (Applies to All Group Types)
When a Late Contributor joins after the group has reached "funded," "completed," "laboratory," or equivalent status:
- The Late Contributor pays GTH the full canonical share (Standard Late Fee). This payment is made to Group Test Hub in exchange for platform-issued store credits.
- These store credits represent a non-transferable right to apply credit toward future lab coordination services and other Platform fees on Group Test Hub.
- Upon receipt of the late-join payment, GTH issues and allocates store credit, split among the original (non-late) members based on the ownership percentage they have of the group. No legal tender or money is transferred between users.
- Late-join payments are never refundable in any group type.
- This mechanism applies to Public, Private, Managed, and Independent Groups.
10.4 No Other Payment Handling
GTH does not collect, hold, or distribute any other funds in Independent Groups.
11. Store Credit (Issuance, Expiration, Forfeiture, No Cash Value)
Store credit is a non-cash, non-transferable credit issued exclusively by Group Test Hub. It represents a prepaid right to apply credit toward future lab coordination services, group participation fees, deposits, or other Platform services as determined by GTH from time to time. Store credit is not money, legal tender, a stored-value card, or a gift card. It has no cash value outside the Platform and cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn to a bank account, or transferred to any other person or account.
- No cash value. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn, or transferred to another user or account under any circumstances.
- Non-transferable. Store credit is personal to the account holder and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred.
- Expiration: Store credit expires after 12 months of account inactivity (no login or meaningful Platform activity). GTH may extend or waive expiration at its discretion with or without notice.
- Forfeiture: Store credit is forfeited upon account deletion, termination or suspension for violation of these Terms, or failure to re-accept updated Terms when required.
- Issuance: Store credit is primarily issued in connection with late-join payments (see Section 10.3). GTH may also issue store credit as goodwill, resolution of support tickets, or at its discretion.
- Usage: Store credit may be applied toward future lab coordination services, group participation fees, deposits, or other eligible Platform services as determined by GTH.
Important clarification on late-join mechanics: When a Late Contributor pays the Standard Late Fee, they are purchasing a membership to join the group. Group Test Hub then allocates an amount of platform-issued store credits among the original (non-late) members based on their ownership percentage in the group. No money or legal tender is transferred between users.
Tax Note: Store credit may have tax implications depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., as income, barter, or constructive receipt). You are solely responsible for any applicable tax reporting or compliance.
12. Refunds & Cancellations (Request Flow, Admin Discretion, Independent = None)
12.1 Member-Initiated Cancellation (Managed Groups)
- Submit a cancellation request via the Platform.
- Admin reviews and may approve or reject in their sole discretion.
- Deposits ($5 launch fee) are non-refundable.
- Late-join payments are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds may be issued as store credit rather than cash, at GTH's discretion.
- No specific timeline or SLA is promised. Admin decision is final.
12.2 Independent Groups
Zero refunds under any circumstance. See Section 4.2.
12.3 Group Cancellation by GTH or Manager
GTH or a Manager may cancel a group. In Managed Groups, upon admin approval of a cancellation, GTH issues store credit equal to the full amount each contributor paid, including the $5 join deposit. Late-join contributions are excluded and are not refundable. Independent Groups: no refunds of any kind, including the $5 launch fee.
12.4 No Chargeback Abuse
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for a valid transaction may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all deposits, contributions, and store credit. You agree that GTH may treat fraudulent chargebacks as a material breach.
13. Late Joiners & Waitlist
- Late join is available once a group reaches funded status (or equivalent).
- Users on the waitlist are notified when late-join opens (if enabled).
- No guarantee of a spot. Waitlist position does not create any right or priority.
- No payment is taken until the user affirmatively joins and completes payment.
- Late joiners are subject to the full share price and late-join redistribution rules.
14. Lab Results & User-Uploaded Third-Party Tests (Manager Approval)
14.1 Official Lab Results
GTH coordinates with partner labs for Managed Groups and facilitates upload of official results to the group.
14.2 Member-Uploaded Third-Party Certificates Of Analysis / Results
Members may upload additional Certificates of Analysis or test results for the same batch.
- Manager approval is required before the upload becomes visible to the group.
- The uploader represents and warrants that they have the legal right to share the document and that it is accurate.
- GTH disclaims all responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, or legitimacy of user-uploaded documents. We may remove any upload that we reasonably believe is falsified or improperly shared.
15. Shipping & Compounds (Donor Warranty, Shipper Liability)
15.1 Compound Legality Warranty
You represent and warrant that any compound you ship, cause to be shipped, or test via the Platform is legal to possess, ship, and test in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the lab. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to controlled substance laws.
15.2 Shipper Liability
The Shipper (or the person who arranges shipping) is solely responsible and liable for:
- Proper labeling, packaging, and documentation.
- Compliance with carrier terms and all laws.
- Any loss, damage, seizure, delay, or legal consequence arising from the shipment.
GTH has no liability for shipping issues in any group type.
15.3 Container Donor
See Section 9.4 regarding self-assigned credit. The Donor warrants they have legal title to the containers/vials provided.
15.4 Laboratory Intake and Shipping Forms
Any data, information, personal details, compound descriptions, or documents provided in a laboratory's intake forms, shipping documents, chain-of-custody paperwork, or similar forms are transmitted directly to the laboratory. This information may be sent via encrypted email or included physically inside the package that the Lab Shipper sends to the laboratory. Group Test Hub does not receive, collect, store, or process this information.
16. User-Supplied Channels & External Links
Managers and members may post links to external communication channels (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Signal, etc.) or external documents.
- These links and channels are not operated or moderated by GTH.
- GTH is not responsible for content, conduct, disputes, or data privacy in user-supplied channels.
- Participation is at your own risk.
17. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any law or regulation (including controlled substance, shipping, or consumer protection laws).
- Post or share falsified Certificates Of Analysis, test results, or misleading information.
- Harass, defame, dox, threaten, or abuse other users (including via aliases).
- Impersonate GTH, labs, or other users.
- Circumvent payment rules, deposits, or store credit mechanics.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Engage in any activity that could expose GTH to legal liability or reputational harm.
GTH may remove content and suspend/terminate accounts for violations. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to authorities.

18.2 Limitation of Liability
